RSI is a non-profit organization established in 1989 and is dedicated to providing high quality, community-based residential care and services to persons suffering from long-term mental illness. RSI’s mission is simple: to empower each and every client to live as independently as possible by assisting them to find opportunities that promote their educational, vocational and emotional growth.

At RSI, we focus on our clients’ recovery and stability by providing them with 24 hour assisted living, counseling, and case management, among other services, and by establishing the necessary community linkages for comprehensive care.
